About the Role:

We are looking for a full-time, skilled technician to support a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- General troubleshooting and repairs

- Building inspections and carpentry

- Water damage remediation and repairs

- Painting, light electrical, and plumbing

Because we are a 24/7 on-call business, all technicians participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure we can serve our clients at all times.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for a motivated individual who is hands-on, reliable, and passionate about providing top-notch service. The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in general maintenance, carpentry, wall repair/painting, electrical, or plumbing

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and professional demeanor

- A strong sense of self-motivation, responsibility, and a high moral character

- The ability to work both independently and in a team

- Basic computer, tablet, and smartphone literacy
