Lead House & Cabin Cleaner/Sleep Operations

What to know about this role:

We are looking for a go-getter for our sleep operations/housekeeping team for our busy season, training starting immediately. This person should like to work independently and takes pride in their work. Previous cleaning experience required, in addition to someone who thrives in the details and being engaged in a dynamic and fun growing company. In addition to being a hard & reliable worker, we place a lot of value on those with a joyful attitude who is a team player and looking to be a part of a small group of dedicated people who like to create magic for our guests.

The primary responsibilities for this role will include performing the key cleaning duties for the 3 farmhouse properties and 11 cabins on our Midcoast venue. Detail oriented and someone who loves to organize!

Key Requirements

Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and managers

A keen eye for the guest experience

Solid references

Consistent schedule

Ability to lift 40 lbs

Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Clean and arrange guest rooms/cabins to Tops'l standards for guest arrival

Clean and maintain event barn, yurt space & bathhouse

Perform laundry duties as necessary

Stock and maintain housekeeping inventory

Report any cabin/property damages or repairs needed to management

Report all lost and found items to manager. 


Will report to the Owner. This is very much a self-driven position and the candidate should typically expect to work autonomously.

Schedule

This position will work approximately 25 hours per week Monday - Thursday offering flexibility to begin earlier or later in the week based on the candidate's preference.
