We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to help bring that vision to life in our kitchen.

Position Overview:

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing menu items with consistency, speed, and a commitment to quality. You’ll be working closely with our culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional food experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards

Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen, and equipment

Work efficiently to manage high-volume service during peak hours

Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Communicate clearly with the kitchen and taproom staff to ensure smooth service

Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen upkeep as needed

Contribute ideas for specials, improvements, and seasonal offerings

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a kitchen or food prep role preferred

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen tools

Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
