Full-Time Maintenance Technician – Camp DeForest - case Boutique Hotel (Midcoast Maine)

A newly constructed boutique hotel in Midcoast Maine is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position working in a thoughtfully designed property that combines classic style with state-of-the-art systems.

Responsibilities Include:

General repairs and maintenance across guest rooms, common areas, and grounds

Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems (no HVAC work required)

Performing preventive maintenance and responding promptly to service needs

Maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the property

Assisting with seasonal upkeep and occasional special projects

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property or facilities maintenance preferred

Solid working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards

Willingness to work occasional weekends or after-hours, if needed

Compensation:
