Maintenance Technician Assistant

Established 32-year-old company looking to hire a full-time maintenance tech assistant to help maintain several apartment complexes in Portland and Scarborough area. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being hands-on and helping tenants.

The responsibilities of the position are as follows:

-Work along-side the maintenance team

-Maintaining the exterior of the properties

-Help turn apartments over

-Maintenance request

-Assist with grounds upkeep

-Ability to work and communicate well with others

-Reliable and Responsible

-Clean driving record/License

-Ability to lift 50lbs.

This position is a long-term opportunity with room for growth. Starting pay is $25/hr. 40 hours a week. Also, we offer health insurance.
