Maintenance/Landscape Position

Part-time Maintenance & Landscape Position – We are currently seeking a dedicated, experienced building maintenance worker to join and assist our current team. This position involves regular inspection of our buildings, performance of basic repairs & maintenance activities.

Responsibilities and Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

Conducting regular inspection of buildings to identify maintenance & repair needs

Performing basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical & HVAC repairs as necessary

Replacing light bulbs, faucets, locks and other fixtures

Cleaning and use of Janitorial equipment

Landscaping to include leaf blowing, weed whacking, maintaining & planting & weeding of flower beds

Winter months may occasionally require use of snowblower, shovel and inspection for salt/sand application

Looking for someone reliable with attention to detail who can commit to +/-20 hours a week. Hourly wage & increased hours will depend on skill set. Position is in Hallowell, Maine. If interested, please call/text
