Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the design and fabrication of our products. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers excellent career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the design and development of new products, from concept to production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and sales, to ensure that products are designed and manufactured to meet customer requirements.
  • Use SolidWorks and CAD software to create 3D models and detailed engineering drawings.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure that all products are designed and manufactured in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct design reviews and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product design and manufacturing.
  • Provide technical support to production and quality control teams.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks and CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of product design and fabrication.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product design and manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to product design and manufacturing.
