The Junior Project Manager will report to the client and work under the direction of a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager. With the support of the Senior Project Manager or Program Manager, candidate will perform the below tasks.

Your future duties and responsibilities• Plan, coordinate, and oversee operations of client projects• Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope• Establish and execute a project communication plan.• Track and report on project milestones and deliverables.• Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects.• Assess current or future customer needs and priorities through communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods.• Work with stakeholders and functional managers to manage the scope, timeline and quality of the deliverables.• Conduct weekly project meetings and produce a weekly status report.• Escalate to the appropriate manager if project guidelines are not being met.• Perform other duties as required/directed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field and 3-5 years of IT project management experience.• Ability to work independently, be a forward-thinking individual. Experience establishing rapport with a diverse work group.• Excellent written skills are critical to the successful candidate.• Understanding of software development life-cycle processes with an ability to effectively communicate between business and technical stakeholders.

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $50,000-$65,000
