Project Manager

Description We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team based in New Gloucester, Maine. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee the successful completion of projects from initiation to completion Prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently to achieve project goals Provide elevated customer service to maintain positive client relationships Utilize your strong communication skills to liaise between different teams and stakeholders Supervise team members to ensure they are providing high-level customer service Use your knowledge of database systems to manage and organize project information Take appropriate action to monitor and manage customer accounts Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally Process customer applications and maintain accurate records Manage a team of up to 30 people, ensuring high productivity and efficiency. Requirements Proficiency in database management and usage is required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Experience in project management is highly desirable. Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously. Leadership skills, including the ability to manage a team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis. High level of commercial awareness and familiarity with the latest industry trends and developments. Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus. Relevant industry knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
