SAP Source to Pay Expert

We are looking for an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) Lead to drive complex global S/4HANA transformation initiatives. In this role, you will act as the trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring end-to-end delivery of S2P solutions that align with business goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. You will lead functional teams, influence stakeholders at all levels, and play a critical role in shaping procurement and supply chain transformation journeys.What you will be doing:Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of S/4HANA S2P processes across global business units. Drive workshops with senior business stakeholders to define requirements, map processes, and align with best practices.Translate complex business needs into robust SAP solutions covering Procurement, Supplier Management, Invoicing, and Contract Management.Provide strategic guidance on SAP S/4HANA adoption, integration, and roadmap planning for S2P.Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery within time and budget.Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, system integration, and data migration.Ensure solutions meet GxP / regulatory compliance standards (particularly in Life Sciences or highly regulated environments). Act as escalation point for problem resolution and critical design decisions.
