Seasonal Caretaker for Camp in Brooks/Waldo

Wanted: A seasonal caretaker for 2 camps in Brooks/Waldo. Duties include regular inspections, light maintenance, and overseeing heavier maintenance. Close living proximity and a snowplow are a plus, but not required.

$30/hr

Job description:

Once a week, at a specified time, drive to properties and perform:

- visual inspection - checklist given

- light maintenance

- clear trees/sticks from road & paths

- check waste bins

- hot tub

- check canoes and kayaks are securely tied and bailed out

- take trash to xfer station
