As a Senior Account Manager within the Acceptance VAS team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key clients across your allocated markets. Your focus will be on strengthening client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting Visa’s value-added services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with client executives to identify new opportunities, deliver client solutions, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of Acceptance VAS clients, identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Deliver multi-year client contracts and meet or exceed revenue targets. Develop and implement strategic account plans to support client retention and expansion. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level client executives, promoting Visa’s solutions and influencing client strategies. Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Visa’s sales tools. Analyze client performance and identify business risks and growth opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction. Lead regular account reviews and provide clear reporting on progress against key performance indicators. Support sales enablement initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
