Senior Consultant - BIM

Turner & Townsend GmbH are looking for an exceptional Senior Consultant to join our growing team. The successful applicant will help implement BIM on behalf of our clients in Germany and across Europe and being responsible for project delivery. The role is to be based in Frankfurt, Germany working on a Datacenter project.Specific dutiesLeading and supporting our team in the implementation of BIM on major projects, programmes and across portfolios.Authoring of key BIM documentation such as Asset Information Requirements, Employer Information Requirements and where applicable, BIM Execution Plans.Assessing project teams BIM competency, advising the development of the project BIM Execution Plans and approving on behalf of Client where necessary.Assure project BIM standards are being followed by project stakeholders reporting key risks and effective mitigations.Lead model assurance activities including; definition of strategy and approach, model analysis, technical and plain language reporting.Chair and lead BIM workgroup and Technical BIM sessions with the project team to present outcomes of model assurance activities.Research, develop and implement areas of new technology, process and emerging best practices.Continuingly develop in-house standards and capabilities.Provide support to the wider business with tender bidding teams to win future work.
