Senior/ Lead Cost Manager (m/f/d) - Data Centres

Due to the continued growth and success of our Data Centre business in Germany, we are seeking a Senior/ Lead Cost Manager (m/f/d) to join our Frankfurt team and support a major data centre project. Please note that this is a full‑time, on‑site role based at the construction site.With a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit.Responsibilities:Act as the primary cost management liaison with client and other project stakeholdersResponsibility for pre and post-contract duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.Completing feasibility studies and writing procurement reportsEstimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost planTendering and procurement activity, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender report and compiling the contractual documentsTaking responsibility for timely and accurate cost checks and valuationsProducing monthly post contract cost reports and presenting them to the clientInterfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesParticipate effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processesPerform cost risk analysis and provide input into value engineering; negotiate and approve final accountsMaintain central feedback and learning on cost estimating from prospects and projects and contribute to updating of best practices in estimating
