- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Configuration, Maintenance and Testing
- Strong knowledge with ServiceNow platform & ITSM/CSM modules
- Strong understanding and exposure of ITSM/CSM Processes
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred
- Expertise on ServiceNow application (2+ years) and Knowledge on ServiceNow platform development features (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Ui Actions, UI policies, Workflows, Flow designer, Integration Hub)
- Experience on Master Data Management (Data Sources, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Scheduled Imports, …)
- Understanding of ITIL Processes
- Development Expertise (JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS, )
- Experience on ServiceNow Debugging
- Experience on Update Sets and Implementation Plans
- Focus on Quality and Analysis. General Knowledge on Test Management 2.0 and ATF
- Mid Server Administration and operations
- Good understanding of ServiceNow OOB reporting/dashboards and associated data source and logic.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow Roles/Access configuration
- Good understanding of notification template updates.
