Overview

We seek a dedicated and compassionate CADC/LADC/LCSW to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to clients in a supportive and therapeutic environment. This role involves working with individuals and groups to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions. The Clinician will play a crucial role in promoting recovery and wellness, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their substance use treatment.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.

Provide psychotherapy and counseling services using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Manage crises effectively, employing crisis management strategies as needed.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.

Stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing professional development.

Skills

Expert knowledge of the Therapeutic Community Model is preferred

Strong understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychotherapy techniques.

Proficiency in medical documentation practices and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Experience with Individual and Group Counseling, demonstrating the ability to engage clients effectively.

Excellent crisis management skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Proficient in Motivational Interviewing techniques to enhance client engagement and motivation for change.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
