Working Carpenter: $28–32/hr

We’re looking for a skilled carpenter to join a small renovation crew in New Gloucester. Work includes installing windows and doors, interior trim, and flooring, along with some general renovation tasks (paint prep, light demo, exterior repair).

What you’ll do:

Install windows, hang doors, and finish trim.

Take on renovation tasks like paint scraping and prep when needed.

Work independently on scoped tasks.

Help set pace for a helper/laborer.

What we need from you:

3+ years carpentry experience (journeyman-level preferred).

Ability to work from a scope or checklist without constant supervision.

Willingness to pitch in on general renovation work (not just carpentry).

Must live within 45 minutes of New Gloucester and have reliable transportation.

Pay: $28–32/hr depending on experience.
