- Maintain Outlook calendars; coordinate meeting requests; resolve calendar conflicts
- Prioritize and track tasks and projects for senior leadership
- Maintain and manage tasks, data calls, office, and video equipment, and office files, including physical and electronic storage and policies governing files
- Draft privileged communication for senior leadership and coordinate communications responses; Draft correspondence, memoranda, letters, and briefs
- Prepare agendas, coordinate meeting materials, attend meetings, and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist with in-processing new on-site personnel and tracking compliance for all government-mandated training courses
- Draft department policies and procedures to maintain a compliant Records Management program
- Assist in the development of operational desk manuals and standard operating procedures for office best practices
- Coordinate visits and escort guests to a controlled access Government site
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience (DoD is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Adobe Connect is a plus)
- Ability to manage workload and schedule across multiple projects
- Exceptional attention to detail for quality control of documents and artifacts
- Communication skills and teamwork
- Excellent ability to communicate professionally in writing
- Self-motivated and capable of independent work and productivity
