AEM/React Developer

Hybrid - 2 days onsite in Owings Mills, MD.

• Contribute to all parts of the SDLC, e.g., design, development, and testing
• Develop technical solutions following standard methodologies
• Practice automated testing and test your work in an automated and repeatable way
• Identify and remediate technical debt
• Work with existing data models and schemas and suggest changes and improvements where necessary
• Demonstrate strong logic and reasoning capabilities
• Deliver on well-specified work items
• Use questions and proposals to clarify requirements when unclear
• Apply understanding of the Financial Services and Asset Management industries
• Connect one's own work with the strategy of their team and/or department

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline and at least 2 years of hands-on software engineering experience
• General experience with Web Content Management platforms including AEM
• Experience developing using Adobe Experience Manager
• Experience with modern front-end web technologies and frameworks
• Experience building applications and deploying to public or private clouds
• Strong Test-Driven Development and desire to write simple, adaptive and iterative code
• History of building fully test automated applications
• Comfortable with use of modern code management and CI/CD tools
• Enthusiasm for learning & results oriented
• Financial industry experience is a plus
