Job Summary: The Application Developer supports the organization's existing software or systems infrastructure and develops new technologies as needed. Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objects, business requirements and company goals. Research, designs, and develops enterprise-wide systems and applications. Responsible for identifying and implementing innovative and efficient applications to ensure the best experience for the user. This position is a key member of a product delivery team, interacting with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, QA testers, Architects, Scrum Masters, Vendors, and more. Thus, supporting business applications by designing, implementing, and modifying application programs from detailed specifications and ensures that improvements are successfully integrated into the existing systems. Develops program logic for new applications and analyzes logic in existing applications. Develops proof-of-concepts and user interface prototypes. Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs In addition, you will work with the broader Scrum & marketing teams to drive maintain our internal and career websites. This position demands someone who is a self-starter, curious, detail-oriented, and a creative problem solver. Responsibilities

Skills/Abilities:
  • Provide technical leadership, support, and training for marketing managers to ensure overall campaign quality.
  • Codes, configures, unit tests, and supports existing and new products within an Agile environment
  • Estimates proposed and assigned work
  • Modernizes and streamlines existing solutions for ease of maintenance and use
  • Supports analysis, functional testing, and performance testing efforts within and across teams
  • Resolves system defects and errors
  • Communicates status, issues, risks, and resolutions to team members and stakeholders
  • Escalates issues in a timely and appropriate manner for support, approval and/or resolution
  • Complies with platform code, configuration, and security standards
  • Performs maintenance and after-hours support activities as needed
  • Monitors technical performance, troubleshoots, and identifies root causes of defects and issues
Website CMS (a plus)
  • Using CMS to update, edit and manage website content.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to produce dynamic content and deploy solutions that align with business needs
  • Writes, edits, and/or optimizes online content that is consistent with the organization's strategic goals, brand and messaging
  • Ensures that web content is tailored to targeted audiences for SEO purposes
  • Implement website content updates and maintenance; (develop, maintain and repair existing and future properties)
  • Develop, maintain, and/or execute testing and document results
  • Ensure site quality across all browsers and devices.
  • Test and review changes made to the site for quality.
  • Conduct regular site audits.
Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Declarative development using Process Builder, Workflows, Flows, Lightning App Builder, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce platform programming Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs, Salesforce security configuration, sharing rules and user management.
  • Experience developing in Salesforces Sales, Service, and Experience (Community) Clouds
  • Sitecore / CMS experience (a plus)

Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficiency developing front-end web applications utilizing JavaScript and Responsive Design frameworks
  • Ability to collaborate with User Experience (UX) Designers to implement intuitive web and mobile user interfaces
  • Ability to work independently to analyze and resolve issues
  • Experience prioritizing work and meeting deadlines, including balancing multiple activities and responsibilities.
Website CMS (a plus)
  • Strong background on page building with Reusable components and templates
  • Sitecore page Authoring (page assembly) Customization, Personalization
  • Experience with Sitecore search, Sitecore Workflows
