Applications Developer

N-3 Technologies is seeking an Applications Developer for its direct government client. The position is for a 1 year project and is located in Baltimore, MD. All candidates selected for an interview will be required to take a skills/proficiency test where they will be logged into a test environment and asked to perform 3 tasks. The test should take no more than 1 hour. Qualification Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or closely related field and one year directly related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
• Five (5) years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle e-Business suite front end application functionality of and of HCM modules (Recruitment, Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time collection, Employee Evaluations)
• Understanding relationships of more than 200,000 Oracle e-business suite database objects (Tables, Views, Functions, Procedures, Packages)
• Strong hands-on skills in development and debugging experience of
  • Oracle Payroll Fast formulas
  • Payroll processes
  • Retroactive payment process
  • Oracle PTO accruals and API’s
  • Oracle Benefits Fast formulas, Benefits Plans set up
  • Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages
  • Java Applications (JSP pages)
  • APEX applications
  • Integration of custom applications, third party tools to Oracle EBS
• Experience with personalization/customization and utilizing Oracle API's and creating webADI integrators.
• Working knowledge of Shell Scripts, SQL, PL/SQL, SQLLoader, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI publisher, Oracle Workflow and XML reports
• Skills and experience required to fully support the Current ERP Finance, Procurement Modules:
• In depth knowledge of Oracle e-Business suite front end application functionality of Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, CM, P-card, I-expenses, Budget, Grants, Procurement)
• Understanding relationships of more than 200,000 Oracle e-business suite database objects (Tables, Views, Functions, Procedures, Packages)
• Strong hands-on skills in development and debugging experience of:
  • The Invoice/Payment Processes
  • Procurement Change orders, encumbrance issues
  • Subledgers, Payroll subledgers, Budget, Grants reconciliation
  • Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages
  • Java Applications (JSP pages)
  • APEX applications
  • Integration of custom applications, third party tools to Oracle EBS
• Experience with personalization/customization and utilizing Oracle API's and creating webADI integrators.
