- Participate in requirements / design walkthroughs, collaborative internal and external test planning sessions
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specification documents
- Develop, execute and maintain test scripts, test data, evidence files and test summary reports
- Investigate and debug test failures throughout the life cycle of scripting, update tests or report bugs as necessary and provide test coverage analysis based on automation results.
- Perform / support automation assessments
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers and management team
- Ensure version control and configuration management of all test objects developed
- Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards resolution.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing and regression testing as needed
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Use standardized testing methods, tools and procedures to ensure testing is efficient, effective and comprehensive.
- Experience with integrated test automation including planning, script development and maintenance.
- Experience with UFT and/or Selenium
- Experience with Mainframe Systems, Screen Readers and File Comparison tools
- Experience with API testing / Web Service validations, Postman
- Experience with SDLC and/or Agile software testing
- Experience with ALM and/or JIRA and/or TestRail
- Experience with build tools like Maven, ANT, Bamboo
- Experience with version control tools like Git, Bitbucket, SVN
- Experience with Fee for Service (FFS) applications
- Certification in Testing / Agile
- Experience with Medicare Eligibility, Claims Processing and Claims Adjudication processes
- Experience with CMS projects and processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related field (preferred).
- 8+ Years of experience in Testing/Automation
