Overview

The Squires Group has a contract opportunity for a

Backend Java Developer to support a critical Department of Defense project located in

Annapolis Junction, MD. (The work schedule is still in flex due to COVID, with some remote aspects, but candidates must be local to Annapolis Junction, MD.) In this role, you will build web and backend application/services for credentialing/case management system.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be

U.S. Citizens, clearable to the Secret level. An existing Interim or Active Secret Clearance is a huge plus!

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of Java experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Agile Systems Integration
  • Experience with Java/Spring based REST APIs along with a Web 2.0 framework and a continuous integration environment.
  • Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be

    U.S. Citizens, clearable to the Secret level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing Interim or Active Secret Clearance
