Description We are seeking a talented Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant! The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative functions. This role will provide vital support to various departments within the organization, contributing to the efficient operation of the manufacturing processes. Free parking onsite! Responsibilities:Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the manufacturing team, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and filing documents.

Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and making travel arrangements for staff members as needed.

Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports in both English and Spanish.

Data Entry and Analysis:

Utilize Microsoft Excel to input and maintain various data sets related to manufacturing operations, inventory management, and production schedules.

Create and update spreadsheets, charts, and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.

Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Translation and Communication:

Serve as a bilingual liaison between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking staff members, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Translate documents, emails, and other materials from English to Spanish and vice versa as needed.

Assist with interpreting during meetings, conference calls, and training sessions when required.

Office Coordination:

Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders for replenishment, and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs, liaising with external vendors as necessary.

Support the onboarding process for new employees, including assisting with paperwork and orientation activities.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, is preferred but not required.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
