Description We are seeking a Billing Analyst to join a growing organization! This role falls within the healthcare industry and the candidate will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to billing and customer service, ensuring the efficient operation of our center. Responsibilities: Analyze and process customer billing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Maintain and update customer records, keeping them accurate and up-to-date Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care, ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are met Monitor customer accounts, identifying any inconsistencies or issues that may arise Use your skills in Medical Billing, Medical Coding, and Medical Insurance Billing to improve our processes and ensure we're meeting the needs of our customers Collaboratively work with the team to bring our billing procedures in-house, streamlining operations and improving efficiency Resolve any billing-related issues that may arise, using your problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction Assist in the transition of our billing procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient changeover.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Billing Analyst Demonstrated skills in Medical Billing, Medical Coding, and Medical Insurance Billing Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
