Identify, develop and implement effective processes and reports designed to support and enhance the management of the Financial Advisor network. Serve as a liaison with Truist Financial Corporation and Truist Wealth in addressing corporate initiatives and requirements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Effectively direct incoming needs of the field to the proper resources and ensure resolution or provide direct assistance in a timely manner.

Participate as a member of key projects having an impact on the Wealth Brokerage line-of-business.

Assist in the various stages and phases of project management on divisional initiatives as needed.

Support Division Directors with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, arrange and handle details related to travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings, appointments, etc.

Develop and maintain periodic leadership reports and analyses related to sales, marketing, training, etc. that are meaningful and necessary to management.

Assist with awareness of and training on new processes, procedures, regulatory requirements, etc.

Coordinate with Branch Administration and peers as needed to maximize Division and Complex Director communication, collaboration, and effectiveness.

Provide details and effective planning of Board meetings, team meetings, sales conferences, regional corporate visits, etc.

QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Five years of financial services industry-related experience.

Strong organizational skills, math skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to deal with complex situations which require sound judgment.

Deal discreetly with confidential information.

Ability to manage high volumes of material competently and be able to handle crises, deadlines and stress

Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products.

Preferred Qualifications:Securities licenses, including Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) series 7, 66 (or 63/65)
