- The actual duration may change based upon operational need and/or performance
- Contractors will a work full-time, regular schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
- When the decision is made for staff to return to the office, contractors will then be required to work onsite
- Parking costs are at the contractor's expense
- Unless otherwise noted, all contractors will require access to their own computer/laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection

- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university; and
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in an information systems environment or related fields or any equivalent combination of education and experience that satisfy the requirements of the job
- An equivalent of education and experience may be substituted
- Demonstrated expertise in systems analysis, design, integration, and implementation.
- Experience in software package implementation and systems integration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage highly complex or at risks projects involving multiple resources and extended timeframes.
- Demonstrated expertise in working in team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated experience with project management software such as Enterprise Project Server.
- Demonstrated high-level understanding of programming languages, operating systems, platforms and a solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise with project management software, as well as other software tools.
