- Evaluating business process, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Staying current on the latest process and IT advancements and continually seek ways to automate and modernize systems
- Defining and performing requirement analysis
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university; and
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an information systems environment or related fields or any equivalent combination of education and experience that satisfy the requirements of the job.
- Demonstrated expertise in systems analysis, design, integration, and implementation.
- Experience in software package implementation and systems integration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage highly complex or at risks projects involving multiple resources and extended timeframes.
- Demonstrated expertise in working in team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated experience with project management software such as Enterprise Project Server.
- Demonstrated high-level understanding of programming languages, operating systems, platforms and a solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise with project management software, as well as other software tools.
