- Partner with colleagues within the Enterprise Change Office and across the firm to develop and implement change management strategies
- Understand business strategies, define change sponsor’s vision for change, identify gaps between current and future organizational states, anticipate and address sources of potential resistance, design reinforcement strategies to ensure long-term success of desired organizational changes
- Utilize proven consulting techniques to build rapport and credibility with internal parties at all levels—demonstrate understanding of business strategies and priorities that drive needs for organizational change
- Leverage enterprise program management and change standards to inform custom recommendations for change management support
- Build relationships and provide ongoing counsel and preparation for leaders (and their teams) to plan, implement, and reinforce productive changes in their organizations and to assess and manage change collision and saturation
- Work closely with sponsors (and their direct reports) to ensure they are personally capable and prepared to lead effective organizational change
- Implement change management strategies to support business objectives
- Able to ascertain associate perspectives in order to integrate into project plans
- Able to understand and identify cultural norms to target change strategies to the audience
- Utilize proven organizational change management techniques and methodologies to shape consulting recommendations inside organization
- Conduct assessments to ensure organizations have appropriate climate to adopt and sustain desired organizational changes—actively engaged to raise visibility into risk
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with other professionals in service of shared internal clients—carry a lens of organizational change management expertise into team conversations and planning related to assigned initiatives
- Advocate for appropriate use of enterprise program management and change standards—assist program teams in customizing tools and resources for local use while maintaining integrity of intended design and applications
- Use expertise to translate issues and strategies into actionable plans to ensure consistency
- Project Management—the incumbent’s project management responsibilities will regularly include:
- Complex documentation of change management recommendations, processes, and outcomes (Sponsor Plans, Communication Plans, Engagement Plans, Training Plans, Reinforcement Plans)
- Management of sponsor and stakeholder relationships, recommendations and individual/group development areas and related coaching
- Promotes an environment of urgency and focus on agreed-upon plans and implementation schedules/requirements—maintains momentum and cadence within long project cycles
- Resolves impediments and resistance to enable forward movement of the agreed-upon change management plans
- College degree and 6 years of related work experience, or
- Associate degree and 8 years related work experience, or
- High School diploma/equivalent and 10 years related work experience.

- Flexible style to accommodate shifting business priorities and organizational change support needs
- Manage multiple/competing priorities
- Prioritize work to meet internal commitments and maintain momentum on numerous simultaneous projects
- Demonstrated success leading and coaching teams through transformational change using a structured approach (i.e. Prosci, Kotter, GE Change Acceleration Process).
- Ability to apply and adapt methodologies to unique business environments with experience leading change efforts across various lifecycles: Project, Product, Agile, Six Sigma and Lean
- Prior experience working with senior leaders
- Prior experience providing management consulting expertise inside a multi-BU corporate setting (understands Operations, Distribution, Technology, and Corporate functions/norms)
- Prior experience in an investment management firm
- Certifications including Prosci, Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma
