Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to be based in our Baltimore, MD office .The Commercial Director will oversee commercial strategy, contract administration, and financial governance for this multi‑billion‑dollar infrastructure program delivered under the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) contract type. This role is central to ensuring commercial integrity, cost predictability, and successful negotiation of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) packages with CMAR contractors.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in commercial management for large transportation or infrastructure programs, excels in contractor negotiations, and understands the complexities of CMAR delivery, risk allocation, and cost transparency. This role ensures effective contract management, compliance, and communication throughout the construction phase and contract closeout.
