This internal communications role is accountable for producing corporate-wide and targeted communications and organizational change plans, internal communications, and promotional materials.You’ll be supported by a passionate team who are committed to delivering world-class IT communications to colleagues.Key Responsibilities:
Lead organizational change and communications strategies for projects and initiatives to ensure efficiency, productivity, consistency and coordination of related workstreams.
Plan and develop targeted and corporate-wide internal communications related to technology and security activities, events and initiatives.
Produce OCM deliverables, such as stakeholder analyses, change impacts, etc.
Lead the intake process for new work and projects to understand requirements, change impacts and scope.
Own and drive projects independently while sharing your work for reviews and feedback.
Translate key technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Identify and share IT stories across the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders, CIS Communications team, designers, and other cross-functional business professionals on large- and small-scale projects.
Edit and proo colleagues’ work.
Track essential team metrics.
Strong focus on issue resolution and open-minded attitude for process improvements and documentation.
Attend meetings and present on behalf of the team.
Lead the team in the absence of the Sr. Manager
How You Will Get Here:
BA/BS in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years progressive experience in corporate or employee communications, OCM, or related experience; IT or cybersecurity communications experience highly preferred.
·IT organizational change management and communications experience
Ability to recommend appropriate OCM actions and provide broad support for small and large projects.
Ability to take ownership and independently drive progress in a highly matrixed organization.
Outstanding writing, editing, and prooing skills.
Ability to develop and implement internal OCM and communications plans.
Experience working with a variety of content formats, such as landing pages, email campaigns, infographics, Viva Engage and video scripts.
Ability to easily communicate complex ideas across the business.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong teamwork, interpersonal, collaboration, time-management, and documentation skills.
Skilled in influencing and facilitating collaboration and alignment between customers, including leaders.
Experience and knowledge of organizational change principles, methodologies and tools; certification or designation desired
Ability to quickly adapt to team processes, new technologies and shifting strategic company priorities.
Proficient with the core MS Office suite
Experience with translations and working on a global team a plus.
