Description of Work:
- Responsibilities for this position include:
- Assist users requiring access to protected resources.
- Work may include, but is not limited to, assistance with user accounts, password resets, and report writing.
- Develop information security standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Assist end users with applications and systems managed by the customer, and receive support enabling then to preform assigned duties.
- Implement concepts of least privilege and need to know.
- Bachelors Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Masters Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience and knowledge to document work processes and products.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience and knowledge in Mainframe.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience and knowledge of prioritizing many different projects and tasks based on the organizations needs, and guidance from management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience and knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Computer Associate (CA); Top Secret access control database.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance
- Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.
- Prior experience supporting the Client or similar government agencies.
- Basic knowledge of network and security applications and devices, and overall understanding of cybersecurity programs.
- Basic understanding of network security tools.
- Experience in designing, developing and producing network solutions.
- Basic knowledge in mainframe technology languages.
- Basic knowledge of programming.
- Security+ Certification.
