Join us.Job DescriptionThe Transportation Business Line of AECOM is actively seeking a Senior Level Construction- Oriented Change Order/Constructability Reviewer (TE III or higher) for immediate employment. The employee will be assigned to the SHA District 7 Office in Frederick, MD. This qualified applicant will provide support services to SHA’s District 7 Construction Department.Duties would include, but not be limited to:

Processing Change Orders

Preparing independent cost estimates for Change Orders

Reviewing Change Order Documentation

Conducting Constructability Reviews of Roadway Projects

Performing field visits as part of Constructability Reviews

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Highschool Diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience &/or educationPreferred Qualifications:Experience as a Contractor &/or Superintendent for Roadway/Highway Projects is highly desirableSeven (7) years of similar experience in a roadway/highway construction environment is highly preferredAbility to communicate effectively and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the general publicMust have good communication skills; oral and written.Excellent time management skills; self-motivator, team orientedAdditional InformationSponsorship for a US employment visa is not available for this role now or in the future.Relocation assistance is not available for this role.#LI-SG1Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
