Terms of Employment
  • W2 Contract, 4 Months
  • Location: Remote to start but must be local in the event that onsite work is mandated in the future.

Responsibilities
  • This individual will work closely with the Exchanges team in order to identify and solve any discrepancies found in enrollment data.
  • Will need to possess strong analytical skills as they will be required to examine cases (approximately 15-20/day) and find the root cause of any discrepancies.

Required Skills & Experience
  • High School degree with 6-12 months enrollment experience
  • Strong analytical and/or research skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong PC literacy and keyboard literacy.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Handle multiple and shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • College degree.
  • Experience with Facets.
