We help them get it right.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate the delivery of clinical information by translating complex disease and drug decision support content into a visual format that users can quickly scan, read, and understand.

Work collaboratively with our clinical experts to explore different visual forms of communicating clinical information such as infographics, illustrations, and algorithms

Help with competitive analysis of graphics and identify opportunities where we can use graphics to provide value to our users.

Create design mockups, gather design feedback, and iterate on designs

Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Medical Illustration, or equivalent work experience

6+ years of experience designing graphics for web and mobile applications

Visual design skills with ability to demonstrate excellent use of typography, color, imagery, layout, and graphic elements

Experience designing different content presentation formats (text, tables, graphics, diagnostic images, infographics)

Possess a relentless attention to detail with the ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex matters

Collaborative team player with the ability to brainstorm well with others (clinicians, designers, engineers, and product managers) and give and take constructive feedback

Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate design concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization

Experience with the healthcare domain is a plus

Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
