The Program Manager will interface with the Contracting Officer, COTR, and Government management personnel. The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of program performance, service delivery, contract compliance, and financial performance. The Program Manager shall, at a minimum:

  • Serve as the Government's single point of contact for all contract actions, questions, and recommendations.
  • Provide Program Management services as required to effectively manage the staffing, technical capacity, capability, and appropriate plans to deliver the defined support services on schedule and within budget.
  • Perform oversight and management of onboarding, terminations, deliverables, and management of resources, performance, and cost.
  • Identify and resolve issues and risks that could adversely impact performance, costs and/or delivery schedule.
  • Prepare status reports and briefings for management review.
  • Attend mandatory meetings, including:
    • SOW kick-off meeting,
    • Monthly Program Management Review (PMR)
    • Other ad-hoc meetings scheduled by customer senior leadership.
  • Schedule and/or plan meetings.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, of which at least 7 continuous years of Program Management experience in Security Operations or equivalent, of contracts of similar size and scope.
  • Experience successfully managing DHS contracts within the USCIS is highly desired.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and work across all levels in the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with project teams and managers.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Experience managing firm fixed price and time and material contracts is required.
  • Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or an equivalent/ higher certification
  • Active ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or comparable certification
  • Must have fluent knowledge of Agile development and management methodologies.
  • Must be able to obtain agency suitability clearance prior to start date.
  • Some Telework allowed Min 2 day a week onsite.
