CACI's LogiCole/DMLSS Medical Logistics team is seeking a Data Migration / Validation Engineer to support a large DoD Medical Logistics program the the U.S. Veterans Administration (VA) and Defense Health Agency (DHA).

Location/Remote Work: Local to Fredrick, MD, can work remotely to start during COVID restrictions, and then a flex schedule on onsite and remote home (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). 100% remote will also be considered.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Testing , validating data migration for each ETL steps which involves several Databases ( Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Writing validation scripts using SQL
  • Ability to work with Git, Jira, Confluence
  • Addressing, troubleshooting findings

Skills and Experience:
  • Strong SQL
  • Experience working with Data Bases, such as PostgreSQL or Oracle or MongoDB
  • Experience with Version Control tools, preferably GIT
  • Knowledge of Data Formats such as : JSON, CSV/TSV
  • Ability to quickly learn data and relationships

Agile: Jira, Confluence Unix Shell scripting IDEs: DBeaver, PLSQL Developer

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $65,300-$134,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
