- Receive data from various agencies and load the data into the centralized MLDS Center database system.
- Develop guidelines for identity resolution.
- Perform identity resolution procedures based on guidelines established.
- Create complex data set files for use by researchers.
- Develop data marts to support the MLDS Center reports and dashboards.
- Develop logical and physical database designs and apply appropriate modifications to design models or database schema.
- Analyze data received from various agencies and transform the data to meet the business and technical needs of the MLDS Center databases.
- Load data into MLDS Center databases and perform data validation.
- Ensure the data transformation and data loading is successful and accurate.
- Implement Oracle security modules, such as data masking and data encryption, in order to maintain security and confidentiality of system data.
- Perform data cleansing, data matching, and identity resolution functions within the database.
- Provide weekly status reports which include, but are not limited to:
- Perform other duties related to MLDS database analysis as assigned by the Contract Manager.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, or related field, required.
- Three (3) years of experience with education data.
- Five (5) years of experience in Oracle database and in depth knowledge of Oracle database technology.
- Five (5) years of experience in Oracle systems including Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c and Oracle Application Server.
- Five (5) years of demonstrated experience designing, developing, implementing, maintaining and controlling Oracle Database Management Systems.
- Five (5) years of experience in PL/SQL, extensive knowledge of structured query language procedures used in Oracle.
- Five (5) years of experience with identity resolution.
- Five (5) years of experience with exhibiting excellent communication skills, including creating written documentation.
- Five (5) years of experience loading data into Oracle databases
