General dental office in Baltimore looking for a personable, caring hygienist to help complement our team. Our office is an established practice located in Baltimore's vibrant Hampden neighborhood. The 8 operatory facility is new, modern and well organized. Supportive, positive work environment. Present owner Dentist is dedicated to providing high quality care in a team oriented environment. We are independently owned and operated by a licensed dentist. Position is full-time, 4.5 days a week Monday through Friday, 10am -5pm Mon.-Thurs. and 10am-3pm on Fridays . You will have access to an assistant to help with taking xrays and turnover of dental chairs. This is a phenomenal opportunity to step in and work with a team that understands work/life balance and at the same time be able to provide great care to an outstanding patient base and make a difference in their health. Responsibilities

Patient assessment and charting

Take intra oral and panoramic images

Maintain accurate dental records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.

Utilize dental software such as Denticon for patient record keeping and patient management.

Qualifications

Valid RDH License

Proficiency in Dental software

Strong patient communication skills

Experience in patient care and assessment

Provide high quality professional care

Ability to work independently and with an assistant
