We are seeking an experienced Field Technician to deliver advanced technical support across client sites. In this role, you will act as a key point of escalation for front-line IT issues and collaborate closely with other IT departments to ensure seamless operations. You will be responsible for monitoring, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing computers, peripherals, and end-user devices, while also providing on-site support for applications and engineering teams. Strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this position.Essential ResponsibilitiesPrioritize and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Communicate effectively and professionally with users, clients, team members, technical support personnel, and management.Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex desktop and end-user computing issues.Manage and resolve Service Desk tickets promptly, meeting or exceeding SLA expectations.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of core technical services, tools, and processes.Collaborate closely with colleagues and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT support.Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the IT department.
