Major Responsibilities:Manages and achieves overall P&L goals for the Convection Ovens and Heated Holding business units.     Focuses and drives the business to achieve production growth targets/goals to achieve On-Time-Delivery of 98%+   .             Supports development of long-term strategy for profitably growing the business and improving market share in key markets working with VPGM, Marketing and Sales.              Oversees production, office support staff for Ovens and Heated holding, Facility Manager, Engineers supporting the two businesses.            Develops and takes ownership of Strategic Sourcing and Toolbox annual targets.                 Implements ITW Toolbox initiatives to improve key metrics in the Oven and Heated Holding business. (In-lining, PLS, USa, Quality, MRD).              Champions a safe work environment by enforcing safety rules, encouraging safe work behaviors and promptly correcting conditions and unsafe behaviors.  .Supervises and develops staff by providing regular coaching and mentoring including the creation of career development plans in support of ITW Talent Management Initiatives.                Develops, implements and monitors key performance metrics in order to drive accountability throughout the organization for meeting or beating key goals and objectives.               Works closely with other product categories/divisions to support division business goals. This includes Vesta China, European Cooking, Hobart, Traulsen, Baxter  .              Understands and supports Employee Relation and Labor relations initiative for Baltimore.  Maintains a close working relationship with HR.
