Door-to-Door Sales Representatives - Roofing & Gutters - $20/Hour + Commission

Exciting opportunity for driven sales professionals to join our team! We're seeking door-to-door sales representatives for roofing and gutters, working out of our White Marsh, MD office.

Position Details:

Schedule:

+ Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 3 pm - 7 pm

+ Saturdays: 10 am - 6 pm

Compensation:

+ $20/hour base pay

+ Commission-based incentives and vacations

Sales Targets:

+ $15,000 weekly sales minimum

+ $60,000 monthly sales minimum

Location: 11433 Pulaski Highway, Suite 7, White Marsh, MD 21162

Start Dates: As soon as July 28, 2025

Transportation:

+ Reliable personal transportation to/from White Marsh office required

+ Company-provided transportation from office to field and back

Job Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets

Utilize technology for easy estimating and sales processes

Engage with homeowners to promote roofing and gutter services

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Entry-level sales experience welcome

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation to White Marsh office

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Driven for success with a strong work ethic
