If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Ecommerce Account Manager!As an Ecommerce Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create and manage the digital experience for our customers on various ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Google, and Shopify. Working closely with brand partners, the Director of Ecommerce, and design teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our ecommerce initiatives.Responsibilities:

Analyzing ecommerce sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business performance metrics to generate reports and communicate key findings to stakeholders.

Staying updated on ecommerce industry trends, best practices, and platform dynamics to develop strategies aligned with business objectives.

Acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to orders placed on ecommerce platforms, handling returns, exchanges, and refunds according to policies.

Resolving disputes with retail and marketplace partners, raising support tickets, and seeking resolutions for customer disputes or account-related matters.

Collaborating with brand partners to develop pay-per-click (PPC) advertising strategies, conducting keyword research, creating ad copies, optimizing bids, and monitoring campaign performance for maximum return on investment (ROI).

Assisting with new product launches by analyzing product features and creating search engine optimized copy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, or a related field.

Proficiency in Excel.

Strong collaboration skills, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are also required.

At least one year of experience working with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify.

Familiarity with conducting keyword research and SEO principles.

Experience in setting up and managing PPC advertising campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Google, and Facebook.
