The End Point Technician is responsible for basic installation and troubleshooting of personal computer hardware and software within a LAN/WAN environment.  Activities include daily administration, set-up, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and disaster recovery.
 Timely installation and repair of computer system hardware, operating systems, software and peripherals.Timely installation and configuration of VOIP telephones.Provide onsite and offsite end user support.Setup and configure A/V equipment for meetings.Manages assigned service requests.Maintain inventory accuracy of computer hardware.Tests new software and hardware for compatibility.Escalates high impact or VIP technology issues.Maintains and builds positive customer relationships.Provide training on PC use, connecting to corporate network, and peripheral usage.Participates as a technical resource needed in both large and small projects.Develops, documents, and implements technology policy and procedures.Works closely across IT teams to ensure effective communication and project escalation.Performs other duties as assigned.Complies with all policies and standards.
