CACI is seeking a cleared Engineer who will provide senior level acquisition and technical support to PEO Aviation for a task order at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

What You'll Get to Do:
  • Assists customers in the development of strategic objectives and in realizing those objectives.
  • Translates customer requirements into executable plans.
  • Leads and develops teams to accomplish those plans.
  • Utilizes direct experience managing aviation programs to solve the customer's most complex problems.
  • Applies mastery knowledge of a wide range of methods to assess and evaluate the status, effectiveness, and efficiency of programs.
  • Employs high organization skills, communicates effectively both verbally and writing, and utilizes strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Supports professional development efforts aimed at ensuring the accomplishment of task objectives and the professional growth of the team.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • An active DoD Secret clearance and obtain a Top Secret.
  • ABET accredited BS in an Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience.
  • Strong familiarity with DoD Acquisition policy and practices.
  • Knowledge of PEO AVN systems and operations.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
  • Master's degree preferred / 8 years of related experience.
