Experienced Artisan Baker

We are looking for a skilled Artisan Baker with at least 3 years of baking experience to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone deeply familiar with traditional artisan methods.

Required Skills:

Proven experience with sourdough, baguettes, ciabatta, and croissants

Ability to operate a spiral mixer and deck ovens independently

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as part of routine baking tasks

Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution

Additional Information:

Minimum 32 hours/week

Rate is negotiable based on experience
