Design solutions based on business outcomes2. Create detailed technical requirements to achieve business outcomes3. Oversee and guide delivery teams across components of the solution4. Provide Detail data mapping for the Member, Provider and Claims domain to Facets data model5. Produce scalable, highly available solutions6. Drive delivery in an agile environment7. Create solutions for real-time and event-based architectures8. Report on the desired business outcomes for healthcare payor business9. Provide hands-on mentoring with Facets digital integration10. Ability to work in Azure Cloud
