Fishing the Chesapeake Dream!

My son and I love to fish but don't have a boat, are unfamiliar with fishing the Chesapeake, and Charters are cost prohibitive. We'd be grateful if we can join someone who knows the water and might be a regular angler of it. He's here July 5 or 6 from NYC on his summer break. I can afford to chip in $200 for the experience.
