Decor Floors Limited is currently looking for skilled and dependable individuals who exhibit reliability, excellent communication, and strong customer service skills to join our team. This hands-on role requires expertise in installing various hard surface flooring (including hardwood, laminate, and vinyl) and assembling and installing custom millwork such as cabinetry, trim, and built-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
Install flooring (hardwood, laminate, vinyl) for residential and commercial projects.
Assemble and install custom millwork like cabinets, molding, and trims.
Detach and reset cabinets during renovations with minimal disruption.
Inspect work for quality and design accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Work closely with project managers and contractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in flooring and/or millwork installation.
Strong knowledge of millwork construction and installation.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Skilled with hand and power tools.
Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in tight spaces.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
