Description:These people will rotate which line they are on daily because they do not operate the same lines everyday. There a re three lines. These people will be supporting the lamination line. Specifically supporting the part if the line called "indexing". After the panel is made they create a small tin that can have different things on it like textures. This sheet has to have adhesive added to then stick to the tiles. The small tins (panels) goes through the heater, then comes to the rollers where the adhesive is added. This is where our contractor will be. He or she will push the tins through the rollers and make sure the adhesive is added. Afterwards they will clean the rollers in their soap chips areas that uses special cleaning products to get everything off the rollers. This job requires a lot of paying attention to the process.Grinding line - this is where they are taking the dry floor cement tiles and grinding them down depending on where the errors or extra cement is. There is lifting the tiles off the racks to move and grind down.Pouring on the cement line: this is where the machine actually makes the tile and after it runs through the conveyor system and drys then they take the tiles and load them onto the racks. They could be standing also on the line making sure the tiles are laying flat and the cement is not building up.At any given time they can be helping clean the trench out with a machine and cleaning up the warehouse. This role is great for a cement person looking to get inside or for a lawn service person who is use to moving/lifting of mulch. They will also get an additional $1 which puts them at $18/hr for attendance.Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6AM-4:40PM - most Fridays called in from 6AM-2PM and some Saturdays 6AM-12PM. Attendance is HUGE for them.They will also we responsible for cleaning their areas or warehouse, taking out trash, etc. They are looking for people who do not need to be told what to do. If the production line is down they will be asking to move tiles (50 pound), help clean of cement trenches (this is where the cement run off goes so it does not go outside the facility), and other manual labor jobs.
